Proposals accepted and signed by January 31, 2024 will be discounted by an additional 15%. The discount is applicable to all of our expert services including interior and exterior tuckpointing, iron work, fencing, and more. Every client who approves their proposal by 1/31/24 will also receive a free portable toilet for the jobsite. 

**Scheduling Note:** Scheduling your project in January to take advantage of the Holiday Sale Promotion does not obligate you to choose an immediate start date in January.\*

*\*Depending on permitting requirements, we will make every effort to get started as soon as possible, if that is your desire, but as long as proposal is approved prior to 1/31/24, you are entitled to the full benefits of January Holiday promotion (even if you prefer to have work started after January 2024).*
